A Practical First Friday
- Attend Mass if possible and receive Holy Communion worthily.
- Approach Confession regularly and whenever conscious of grave sin.
- Offer Communion in reparation for sin, indifference, sacrilege, and ingratitude toward Christ.
- Spend time in prayer before the Sacred Heart, especially in Eucharistic adoration when available.
- Renew the intention to live in charity, fidelity, and obedience.
